Grahame, recognized as the pioneers of water trading since 1991
when together they first provided a water broking service. We
have a large number of corporate and individual irrigator customers
in the Pomona Trust, Western Murray, MIL, MIA, Lower Murray
Water, First Mildura Irrigation Trust, GMW and CIT.
Our business also boasts a comprehensive data-base of repeat
buyers from New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria.

Brokers Only. We are brokers
only, not dealers and your best interests are always our primary
concern.
Trust accounts. All monies received
and paid are held in our audited trust accounts, separate from
trading accounts.
Members of the Real Estate Institute
of NSW and Victoria. Water broking is an unregulated activity;
being a Member of these real estate institutes provides credibility
to our company.

administration staff are highly experienced and customer focused.

Sale and purchase options. We
have the facilities and knowledge to market water by auction,
tender or private treaty.
Professional Fees. Our competitive
sales fees reflect our professional approach. Only one fee is
charged to vendors and not to both seller and buyer. Also we provide
