My name is Kathryn Dean and I am the owner and registered land agent of the business. I am a genuine and caring person who is passionate about real estate and providing exceptional customer service. Honesty and integrity are values I hold in high esteem.
I'm a country girl at heart, I come from a family of farmers, and although I never lived on a farm, I spent nearly all my school holidays on family farms whilst growing up. I was raised in the western suburbs of Adelaide and moved to the north east when I met my now husband about eleven years ago. Two of my favourite places are still the country and the beach.
I started this business because I decided to follow my passion for real estate, my dream of working from home to allow better work/life balance for my family, and because I wanted to provide a simple, stress-free and quality real estate sales service. I have intentionally structured the business to have low overheads, so I can pass on the savings to my valued clients via more competitive fees.
To ensure my clients receive the attention and level of service they deserve, I am committed to only taking on a limited number of sales at any one time. It is this high level of service which often leads to referrals, which I believe is the highest praise I can receive. I have completed a Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management) and I am licenced as a Real Estate Agent with Consumer and Business Services. I am also a member of the Real Estate Institute of South Australia, abiding by their strict code of ethics. I have a wealth of experience, including my past career of 17 years in corporate within the engineering industry. Living and working in the North-Eastern suburbs for over 10 years has given me a comprehensive knowledge of the local area. I serve the property owners of Vista, St Agnes, Tea Tree Gully, Ridgehaven, Hope Valley, Highbury, Redwood Park, Modbury and surrounding suburbs.
